· Familiar with requirements gathering techniques

· Familiar with Voice related product (e.g. routing, rating model, CDRs, mediation, pricing…)

· Familiar with fraud in Telecom world

· Familiar with Messaging and signalling concepts

· Familiar with Agile development environment (e.g. processes and tools)

· Familiar with Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning

· Experience in software development
