Earn Referral Rewards
We place great importance on referrals because we trust our employees know what’s best for our company. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for our employees and those who they refer.We Will give out rewards to every referrer. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position at our company, feel free to refer them.
If your “referred candidate” is selected by our client and finally once he/she joins the concerned job, you are eligible for reward €500 as a onetime referral bonus.
You can refer any number of candidates to us.
Please Note:
Management decision will be final, in case of any confusion.
There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.
This program can be changed/withdrawn at the discretion of the management any time.
