Job Details.

Role: Quality Assurance Manager

Locations: Belgium

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of IS quality assurance and quality control practices

Good experience with quality procedures

Good knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle

Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, management etc.)

Ability to apply high quality standards Experience in preparing and driving User Acceptance Testing

(UAT) / Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

Manage and follow up the progress of the implementation of new functionalities in IT systems

Experience in working on large projects and coping with tight deadlines

Knowledge to design, develop and implement Test Plans, Cases & Processes

Knowledge to preparing and execute test cases/scenarios

Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment

Capability to work, draft, and chair or participate to meetings in English

High degree of proactivity and ability to priorities own work effectively

Knowledge of existing systems used in the Procurement and/or Grants solutions is an asset

Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) will be considered an asset
