Required Skills:

This Agile Coach will be mentoring and training newly appointed internal staff agile coaches.

So we are looking for a senior agile coach and practitioner with good training and mentoring skills.

Professional agile related accreditation would be expected, from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, etc…

Note that the core responsibility of this coaches is training and mentoring new individual agile coaches.
