Expertise in installing, configuring and administering Linux, and service based infrastructure

Expertise in NetApp & VMWare installation, configuration, and administration

Proven knowledge and experience with deployment keys such as OAuth2, CSRF, SSH, GIT;

Proven knowledge and experience with 2 way SSL security using certificates, CommisSign; any

other related tool is a plus.

Relevant knowledge of general web technologies like: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Java Web Services (Tomcat, Weblogic).

Good knowledge of XML and related technologies;

It would be an asset to have :

Good knowledge of BLOOMBERG components and related security aspects, as well as

interoperability with SAP.

Excellent ability to quickly adapt to an existing project, following the established guidelines and rules.

Relevant experience in designing and implementing of highly customizable electronic forms and templates.

Experience in maintaining and adapting of a large-scale system to the constantly-changing

requirements and performance challenges of a production-phase application.

Ability to proactively analyse and learn new software concepts and technologies.

Excellent ability to design, implement and maintain the user interface architecture and intermodule communication of a large application; experience in production is highly recommended.

Good knowledge of communication and enterprise integration;

Expert knowledge on configuration of the Windows, Unix, or Linux operating system in use at the Commission.

Expert knowledge of security aspect and strategies;

ITIL knowledge.

 

Language skills

Excellent oral and written skills in English. The role involves drafting papers for technical and

non-technical audience;

French language is a plus;

Knowledge of other EU languages is an asset.
